• Hate that my day is over after baths, ready or not. Got shower & shave anyway, when Val didn’t want to get out so I got in. #

• @margilowry Ground turkey in bowl, small bit of oatmeal, packet worth of soy sauce, dab of oil, ginger, garlic powder, celery flakes [more] #
• @margilowry maybe touch of red pepper. Smoosh together well. Little oil in pan, heat, drop small meatballs/gobs of the stuff on, cook [more] #
• @margilowry turn, cook, etc til well on way done. Put splashes of teriyaki sauce in, kept cooking, lot of soy, more oil. Par-cooked [more] #
• @margilowry some broccoli, drained, scooped the pieces in, sort of stir fried and added brown sugar, lot of ginger, white pepper, [more] #
• @margilowry dash allspice, maybe more garlic, honey, more soy & oil & brown sugar as needed to form sauce, some corn starch help thicken. #
• @margilowry Simmered away and stirred a lot, coating everything well in process, leaving too little sauce for rice. Served over rice. #
• Wish back didn’t do this from standing at sink. Been having to limit time there lot of days. Never took pain killers today, oops. #
• Also, wanted to do more cleaning but kids are trying to go to sleep on floor beside me because it is past time. Val asleep, in fact. Doh. #

• Now in exam room while he looks at MRI CD. An on time octor? Is the the outer twilight limits or something? #
• Thorough! No nonsense but all there when you are the patient. Lumbar MRI. EMG (nerve conuction study). #
• Then followup but oesnt sound like surgery, or any time soon. #
• On my way via maybe lunch and quick store stop. #
